Thomas married Elizabeth HAWARD daughter of James HAWARD and Elizabeth WASHBURN on 18 Dec 1712 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Elizabeth was born in 1686 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts. She died on 8 Jan 1760 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts.
They had the following children:

   39 F i. Mary BUCK was born on 6 Nov 1713 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Mary married David HILL on 11 Dec 1733 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts. David was born on 12 Dec 1712.

+ 40 M ii. Thomas BUCK 2nd was born on 11 Oct 1715. He died in May 1804.

    41 F iii. Elizabeth BUCK was born on 17 Oct 1717 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Elizabeth married 2 Elias MONK Jr. on 28 Jun 1744 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Elias was born in Stoughton, Norfolk, Massachusetts.

  + 42 M iv. John BUCK was born on 29 Apr 1721 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts. He died in 1804.

   44 F vi. Tabathis BUCK was born on 1 Oct 1728 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Tabathis married Thomas KIMBER on 29 Mar 1755 in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts.

29. Thomas CHITTENDEN (Mehitabel BUCK, Isaac) was born 3 on 14 Nov 1683 in Scituate, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Thomas married Elizabeth WOODWORTH in 1707.

They had the following children:

46 M ii. Stephen CHITTENDEN was born in 1722.
