ss. To either of the constables of the town of Easton, in said County, Greeting:
You are in the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts directed to warn and give notice unto Thomas Tribou of Bridgewater in the County of Plymouth, yeoman, and family; John Packard of Chesterfield in the County of Hampshire, yeoman and family; John Packard the second of Stoughton in the County of Norfolk, yeoman, and family; Hannah Austin, widow, and son Benoni, of Norton in the County of Bristol; Timothy Jones, yeoman, and wife and family; viz., Tyley Jones, Hannah Jones and Olive Jones; and Isaac Lisha of Raynham in the County of Bristol; Calvin Bryant and family of Brdgwater [Bridgewater] in the County of Plymouth, housewright, George Monk and family of Stoughton in the County of Norfolk, yeoman; William Snow of Worthington in the County of Hampshire, yeoman and family; Abner Hayward, Gent., and family of Bridgwater [Bridgewater] in the County of Plymouth; and Philip Willis and family of Sharon in the County of Norfolk, yeoman; Hopstill Jackson of Hallifax in the County of Plymouth, who have lately come into this town for the purpose of abideing therein; not having obtained the town's consent therefore; that they depart the limmits there of with their children and others under their care within fifteen days.
And of this precept with your doings thereon you are to make return into the office of the town clerk of this town within twenty days next comeing, that such further proceedings may be had in the premises as the law directs.
