John Tisdale of Norton in the County of Bristol, yeoman, and family; Ezekiel Dunbar of Scituate in the County of Plymouth, cordwainer, and family; Member Smith, of Mansfield in the County of Bristol, single woman; Edward Johnson, negroman, a transient person, and family; Rhoda Wetherby, single woman, of Dedham in the County of Suffolk; who have lately come into this town for the purpose of abiding therein, not haveing obtained the town's consent therefore, that they depart the limmits thereof with their children and others under their care, within fifteen days. And of this precept with your doings thereon, you are to make return into the office of the town clerk within twenty days next coming that such further proceedings may be had on the premises as the law directs.
