ss. To either of the constables of the town of Easton, within said County, Greeting:
You are in the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required to warn and give notice unto John Kenady, labourer, and family; John Kenady Ju'r, labourer, all of Boston in the County of Suffolk; Ephraim Howard yeoman and family; David Wilmouth, yeoman and family; Nathaniel Willmouth, trader; Susanna Willmouth, single woman; David Alger, yeoman, and family, all of Bridgwater [Bridgewater] in the County of Plymouth; Elizabeth Skiner of Mansfield in the County of Bristol, single woman; Antonio, a Negro, a transient person, and family, who have lately come into this town for the purpose of abiding therein not having obtained the town's consent therefore; that they depart the limmits thereof with their children and others under their care within fifteen days. And of this precept with your doings whereon you are to make return into the office of the Clerk of this town within twenty days next coming, that such further proceedings may be had in the premises as the law directs.

Given under our hands and seals at Easton aforesaid this 11th day of December A.D. 1793

Bristol ss. December ye 25th 1793. Pursuant to the within precept I have notified and warned the within named persons to depart the limmits of said town with their children and all under their care, by leaving a copy of said precept at their last and usual place of abode.
