Bristol ss. To either of the constables of the town of Easton, in
said County, Greeting:
You are in the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts directed to
warn and give notice into Jane Fullerton, single woman, of
Duxborough; and Ephraim Packard, wheelwrite [wheelwright],
with his family of Bridgewater in the County of Plymouth; and
Joseph Sumner, labourer, with his family of Milton; and
Anne Crane, single woman, of Braintree in the County of Suffolk;
and Jemima Goodwin, widow woman, of Pembroke in the County
of Plymouth; who have lately come into this town for the purpose
of abideing therein, not haveing obtained the town's consent therefore;
that they depart the limmits thereof with their children and others
under their care, within fifteen days.
And of this precept with your doings thereon you are to make return
into the office of the Clerk of this town within twenty days next comeing
that such further proceedings may be had in the premises as the law
directs.

our hands and seals at Easton aforesaid this twenty first day of
February A.D. 1791. |
